    State Transit’s Lost Property is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm (excluding public holidays) for enquiries and collection.

    You can contact our depots during these times to speak to a staff member. 

    If for some reason you’re unable to leave a message, please call 131 500 and log your enquiry with Transport Info.

    If you have lost your property on board one of our services, please follow the simple steps below.

    1. Choose from the drop down menu what route you were travelling on.
    2. Contact the depot that manages your lost property.
    3. A staff member will contact you if we have located your item.
